Step into a sanctuary of stillness, softness, and soul connection.
We are delighted to invite you to our very special Soul Nourishment Retreat at Heartlands Montecollum (near Byron Bay), facilitated by the synergistic trio Trudi Bannister, Jamie Power, and Tania de Jong AM.
This luxury retreat is designed to offer you the safety, support, and spaciousness to explore your inner world, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your true essence.
Surrounded by lush nature and deeply supported by our team, this is your time to soften and receive.
We are planning a number of retreats for 2026. We recommend reaching out early because each retreat books out months in advance.
Upcoming 2026 dates
1-4 May
11-14 September
13-16 November
From Welcome and Opening Circle (arrivals from 1 PM), until a joyful Celebration Lunch and afternoon Closing Circle on the final day (departures from 3 PM), you’ll be guided through powerful daily practices including:
- Soulful yoga + breathwork
- Powerful somatic therapy sessions + free-flow movement
- Meditation + reflection
- Music, ritual, ceremony and sacred stillness
Each moment is thoughtfully curated to restore your nervous system, realign your energy, and awaken your inner wisdom.
Together we’ll explore tools that support you to feel grounded, resourced, and safe in your body—creating the internal conditions for real change to unfold.
Set under the transformative energy of the Scorpio New Moon, this retreat is a chance to say yes to deep nourishment, aligned transformation, and heart-opening connection.
This retreat offers you sacred maintenance for the soul
Inspiration – Fuel for Transcendence
Inspiration uplifts us beyond the ordinary. It reconnects us to joy, vision, and deeper meaning. Here, you’ll open to the quiet beauty of your soul and learn how to access inspiration in everyday life—and open to the quiet wisdom of your soul.
Healing – Transforming Wounds into Wisdom
True healing is a return to wholeness. Our emotional, physical, and ancestral wounds can block vitality and joy—but when met with presence and compassion, they become doorways to strength, clarity, inner freedom and embodied wisdom.
When we feel grounded and safe in our bodies, we can turn toward what is present in our lives and face what needs our attention. We’ll explore gentle tools for self-regulation, co-regulation, and the art of self-soothing.
Connection – The Medicine of Community
We are not meant to walk this path alone. When we gather in conscious community—each committed to our own inner work—we generate a field of healing and resonance that ripples far beyond ourselves.
Everyone says they feel magic here, and that can mean many things. It could be the stunning starry sky and the mystical mountains; healing practices that transform and inspire you; a profound encounter you can’t even begin to articulate — only embody. And more often, the magic is simpler.
It’s the experience of being nourished — literally and figuratively. It’s recognising how grounding it feels to care for your body, mind and spirit in a truly divine natural environment. It’s having your needs met so fully that you can finally stop and ask yourself what you want now: to create, to self-actualise, to luxuriate in fulfilment, peace, joy and love. It’s noticing how this deeply healing land can steady and calm you, and how being here subtly reshapes and harmonises you.
Magic isn’t something Heartlands gives you. It’s something you discover and will treasure for a lifetime.
